Andy Hofheimer is the Principal behind Sitehawks, LLC, a group providing bricks and mortar store development services for essential retailers like Whole Foods, Costco, Fresh Market, and others as a follow on to 38 years as one of the original partners, shareholders, and leaders of Regency Centers - a Fortune 500, Nasdaq listed Real Estate Investment Trust .

Andy’s teams have historically provided exceptional market analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, construction, and asset management services for retailers, accelerating their successful growth with over 325 Big Box store “doors” delivered, opened, and operating across America.

As a Citizen-Soldier, Andy completed a decorated 23-year military career including Active, Reserve, and Guard tours for both the United States Navy and Air Force. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and the Director of Operations for the 1,200 women and men of the Florida Air National Guard, including the renowned 125th Fighter Wing, whose F-15 mission successes have earned them slating into the newer and more capable F-35 Lightning II.

As an aviator, Andy has safely accumulated over 11,000 military and civilian flight hours, including 297 aircraft carrier landings in single–seat, single engine jets. He continues to fly for new store development and as a volunteer for Angel Flight Southeast, providing 24/7 on call air transportation for needy transplant patients.

Andy, his wife Marianne (a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit volunteer RN at Baptist Hospital) and family are Jacksonville, Florida natives and residents. Andy and Marianne graduated from Vanderbilt University, earning their Bachelor of Science Degrees from the Schools of Engineering and Nursing, respectively .
